Combination crusher is also referred to compound cone crusher, which is a new fine and coarse crushing product that combined domestic and foreign similar crushing technology and optimized main technical parameters. It is mainly used in the medium cement plant for crushing cement raw material and cement clinker, which provides ideal fine crushing equipment for the cement plant to do technical transformation or build a new cement production line.
Combination crusher is mainly composed of gearing, spindle, barrel, upper cover, base and other components.
The Characteristics of Compound Crusher
1. The machine has the features of big reduction ratio and adjustable discharging size. It doesn't affect by hammer board and liner wearing;
2. No grizzly bar setting, high crushing moisture content, thus the large silt content materials is not easy to plug.
3. Adopting elastic adjusting mechanism, the materials that can't be crushed can automatic discharge and don't damage the equipment
4. Horizontal bearing arrangement, long service life, and can crush high temperature material (such as cement clinker).
5. The rotor block of the compound crusher is uniquely designed. When crushing materials, the rotor block is hardly worn. The back cavity is provided with a screw or hydraulic opening mechanism, and it's easy to replace the wearing parts without opening the master device.
The Illustration of the Working Principle
The materials vertically falls into the high speed ration impeller through the upper combination crusher, under the i***ct of high-speed centrifugal force and together with another part shunting in the umbrella form around the impeller, and thus producing i***ct and crushing. After the materials being collided with each other, they will be crushed by multi-colliding and friction between the impeller and casing in the form of material vortex, the materials will be straightly discharged through the bottom, forming a closed multiple cycles for the purpose of achieving the required finished size that controll |
